Absa is the pick n pay of banking

Absa has to be the most useless bank on the planet, A few days ago I recieved a letter stating that my credit cardlimit has been increased AS PER MY REQUEST I had never requested any increase, then today I recieved a letter saying my short term insurance will be canceled from the 12th November 2024 again AS PER MY REQUEST and again i had never request a cancellation. However I did contact the absa rewards team on the 2nd of November to tell them that like every other month they short pay me on my rewards and I was told that this would be rectified howver since early Feb this year its an ongoing problem.

This is a bank who doesn't understand their customers, they don't listen cause they are so rooted into hiring people from the side of the road that they fail to realize that they are not the only bank that exists, I don't want a sorry or any excuse from these useless asshole of a bank and please do not respond privately to hide your shame. Absa bank is like the pick n pay in the banking sector. Soon they will fail
