ABSA is the most useless Bank

<p>I have an ABSA credit card which has insurance cover for debt in case of an accident.</p> <p>I called their help line to get information on how they calculate the charges per month. The helpline dont know and cannot explain it.</p> <p>I get directed to ********** I write an email on 14 November with a read receipt.</p> <p>ABSA cannot be bothered to respond. I cannot cancel this policy unless I do it through the same email.</p> <p> </p> <p>So cant get assistance, cant get information, you cant cancel because they are too lazy to respond.</p> <p>****** USELESS BUNCH</p>
