Absa is the most *********** and poor in terms of service banking in RSA

Absa legal division is the most *********** and useless of most banks, a query which is suppose to be resolved within 2 days is taking forever, i simply do not have any confident in Absa as a bank and would never encourage anyone to join Absa, i will now involve my lawyers i'm sick and tired of Absa, i paid and closed your credit card long ago please just give Transunion the proof they need to resolve the credit card query...
