ABSA is the most disrespectful and unprofessional bank I have ever used

Another review on the never ending unprofessionalism from this bank. After I finally got Absa to properly review my bond switch application, we made arrangements for the valuation of the property to be done. When the day came, I left work early to be available for the delegated personnel doing the valuation. Since Absa employees don't work past 3pm or 4pm, I took time out of my day to be available because they can't make exceptions for me, only to come home and have MY time disrespected after I tried to respect theirs. The guy did not pitch and I waited the whole afternoon from 2pm till 5pm. He did not even contact me to apologize for being unable to make it. Come Monday morning, still no apology. How blatantly disrespectful can this bank be after I have been a customer since my early teenage years. Good customer service is obviously non existent for me as I've come to the conclusion that Absa does not value me as a client. I must not have enough status or money to be treated like a priority to this bank.
