ABSA is the best bank in SA!

I've been an ABSA customer for 8 years now and have not had a single complaint, nor had any dis-satisfactory experience with the bank. I've recently opened an FNB business bank account (they had lower fees than ABSA business banking) and an FNB credit card account (also lower admin fees, eBucks, the slow lounge and that i can bring a visitor in the slow lounge) but my experience in all interactions with FNB has been appalling to say the least. Their processes and communications are so broken, contradictory and inefficient. It's only through such bad experiences that one is reminded of how good things are with their current banking provider. at this point, i could have happily paid for the higher fees than go through such time consuming nonsense as a customer. but through this experience i have learned what the best bank in SA is, and would like to thank you for the great 8 year customer experience.
