AbSA is terrible

Since opening a business account with ABSA we have had the mist disgusting service. My relationship manager is rude and arrogant. Today I tried calling ABSA foreign, I held on for 10 minutes listening to recordings and never got any assistance. This is going to make me close my account and find another bank that is as serious about my business as I am. ABSA you are the worst bank ever !!!!
