I’m disgusted at the service I never received from ABSA vehicle finance. No one takes ownership of the queries in that department, instead they will give a bunch of numbers to call with no one to answer them. If you miss an instalment they would haunt you daily but no one is there to assist me with settlement letter. Seems like they want to get us into debt and they will discard you once you paid them.
