ABSA IS SO USELESS

I opened a business account early August online. Nobody ever communicated if it was opened. The stupid woman Terry Anne Damoense Kruger who had called me told me they app**** for a card on the 19th August and will take 3 - 5 working days, when I called on the 26th I was only app**** for on the 22nd, I went to Springs Branch on 31 August still no card, I went to springs branch again on the 6 September still nothing, when I call the call centre spoke to 3 people another stupid lady Smanga Sophie Skhosana who promised to call them back and didn't when I called again she ignored me until I gave a wrong name for her to talk with me and put through to another fool Andries.Today is 18 September I'm being told that the card is in transit.
