Absa is slow to approve Business clients for Overdraft or Credit card

Absa has listed my account as unpaid and in arrears, whereas,if I call them they say my account is not in arrears,this is affecting my name ,as other lenders see me as a bad payer,in mean while,it's not true

I think the government must change this thing of Lenders doing as they please with our name,knowing very well that it's not true

Absa Bank is also bad when it comes to granting Overdraft and Credit card.

I app**** for my Business overdraft in July of 2023 ,today it's almost November 2023,I still don't have a concrete response from them,as to ,what is a hold up.

Imagine applying for Overdraft for 4long months,and no proper response.

It's like theit Bankers don't realise it's a sale that has to be closed,they think Clients must beg them
