Absa is shocking
Absa is the worst bank to bank with. To start with when you call their bank online someone says they are going to “investigate the issue and call you back” no one calls you back ever! Secondly the Absa in Norwood is absolutely unacceptable. The customer service is shocking. On top of that I get the most random bank charges that are not even related to anything! When I try sort it out nothing happens! I waited in the Sandton Absa for 3 hours to be told that they couldn’t solve my issue. I am leaving Absa and switching to fnb.
