This is a bank of *******!! *****ing client's money and not sending SMS notifications for those un-explained debits because they hope you not going to check your statement.

I noticed some dubious transactions from my cheque account and when I asked Absa about it, I get an automated email saying the matter has been forwarded to the consultant , it's been 1 week already and still no answer.

My original statement clearly states that these were debited on my cheque account, You are not helping at all, You are buying time with these back and forth questions.
