Absa is *******

I asked for my Overdraft to be cancelled a week ago but this Bank is still refusing to cancel it. I get calls asking for my ID number but the lady calling is Failing to identify herself. She goes by the name of Faradila. She cancelled my request after my request was open for a week. She expects me to share my ID number on the phone without properly identifying herself. She's rude and full of it.

I demand my overdraft to be cancelled now. I'm not in the mood to keep on calling. Why is Absa so unprofessional? I don't wanna Bank with you anymore and everyone I know will cancel their accounts.

It's because of banks like these that we have so many unauthorised debit orders. We are done with Absa. For good.
