Absa is ridiculous
I have been paying my loan and credit card amount monthly and today I was debited R6056,57 that was not communicated. I want my money back now

04 Apr 2025, 16:27Absa says I made no payment in March I just sent them proof I made payment and I need to still understand them taking their time to refund me. Absa I'm getting to the point where I will change banks. This has become a trend on my account where you debit a journal and no sms is sent that the transaction is don't showing theft. Refund me before I get even more mad.
