Absa is really a useless bank

I sent an enquiry to ***, mybusiness banking, lerato Sawatsi, Sophy Skhosana cos my I don't which fool linked my personal account with my business account, Lerato told me it was sorted, couldn't login to my personal profile on the same app but I noted it wasn't , all these people are ignoring me saying Lerato is investigating but can't get hold of her.

Now I can't log in to that account in any way and expecting a payment tomorrow so will need to transact

What is happening, when will this be sorted
