Absa is pathetic

We have been trying to open a business account for over a month now. Longbeach Absa has a bored looking Financial Advisor who started reading a piece of paper while we will still talking to her. She eventually referred us to Claremont, we sent the required documents 3 weeks ago to the contact she gave us and to date have not heard from them. They dont answer their phones, emails go unanswered and the complaints department dont want any complaints. Pathetic ABSA
