Absa is pathetic

Absa made a mistake on their side. I asked them not to proceed with the debit order on my account and that I will pay the money into the credit card. Then I did pay the money but they also tried to debit. Once the debit order did not go through, they immediately registered a non payment on the credit bureau and that is two months ago. I have struggled endlessly to sort out the situation but to no avail. This bank is ****, if they make the mistake they won’t help you fix the mistake. They tell you that you have to email the credit bureau and sort it out. It has cost me dearly now because of this bad credit reflection caused by them I lost out on a career that required me to be vetted. Ridiculous
