ABSA IS PATHETIC

ABSA IS PATHETIC!!! I have tried 13 times in the last 2 days to give notice (to make some money available) in my Notice Select account, in 32 days time. I have tried on the App nine times, sometimes on my phone, sometimes on my laptop. And now I have tried four times on various help lines. What a joke! I am already stressed out of my mind, and now this is pushing me over the edge. All I'm trying to do is get a little bit of my OWN MONEY out of the bank during desperate times. I hate banks with a passion! How hard can it be to design an app that just does this without a problem??? And how hard could it be to have a help line with a HUMAN BEING at the other end. I hate ABSA!!!!
