Absa is pathetic!

Absa - Voortrekker rd. branch, Alberton. I visited them on 22/05/2018 and complained to the teller at the pensioners/disabled people, as I am disabled, about the fact that my internet banking is not working and the teller said she could not assist me. I reported this to the branch manageress and was told that she will sort it out. I went home and realized that it is still not working and I had to return on 23/05/2018 and as I and other pensioners were waiting the teller closed her teller as it was lunch time. I reported this to the branch manageress again and I had to leave the bank before I broke windows. I am concerning moving all my accounts to another bank. After I left and phoned ***and the telesales person on the other side could not stand that I am not a happy person and cut the call. I really think Absa's personal touch is pathetic and I will move my assets to another bank.
