Absa is not transparent about their dealings with clients

Absa will send messages saying "You have insuffient funds for this transaction", but they don't say what that transaction is for. Checking my accounts doesn't show anything, and calling them, including my so called private banker is useless. I am working on closing my Absa accounts, because they are just not willing to help or be transparent.
