Absa is not reliable!!!!

My medical aid paid funds into my old absa cheque account that was closed in 2019,i contacted Absa and was told that funds are reflecting and requested a refund into my current bank account which is Standard bank.

Now absa says i must open a savings account with them in order to get my refund!!!! I had stated in my emails that i want nothing to do with absa and just want my money back.. They are busy sending me pillar to post..

I want my money absa!!!!!!!
