Absa is not helping in this difficult time

I've worked for absa for almost 25 years. Was proud to say that. I've resigned due to family reasons. My current account is with them for almost 33 years and always tried to maintain a good track record even though difficult times. I'm retrenched due to covid. I have a personal loan with them and a credit card account with my current and savings account. I've got the payment holiday last year which I'm grateful for. The insurance I have on my accounts payed an amount of 9 months installments into my personal loan account. Absa adjusted the payments from R400 to R300 which I have to pay monthly, so that didn't helped me much. I've done my best to pay the installments in order not to get a bad credit record. I've paid R4500 into the loan in March I think, actually I tried to settle the loan but was a R1000 short so absa just adjusted the premium again to R161 monthly which I tried to pay again. I have app**** for my uif last September but there is no luck jet as when I will receive payments. Then my current account start getting in debit due to service fees up to R700 and my credit card as well. I received phone calls from them daily about my personal loan which was in areas according to them but I think I'm in advance. Now they had handed my account over and there is more fees to pay. I want to close my accounts but need to go to a bank because my internet banking is blocked so I can't see what is going on in my other accounts. I'm staying on a Fram and the nearest absa is more than 50 km from me. The feul prices are high so I can't jump into my car and drive to the nearest bank. I'm disappointed and fed up with absa because they certainly don't help their customers in this very stressful and difficult times. In fact they just add to the stress. I've told them I'm searching for work and struggling to get my uif. I've opened an account with capitec and their fees are at least affordable and branches are accessible to their clients over weekends. But I'm so disappointed in the bank that are supposed to be client friendly and I was a loyal customer for 33 years. As long as they can "tap bloed uit 'n klip" and not losing money, then everything is just peachy for them.
