ABSA IS NOT DESERVING OF HAVING A WESTERN UNION WITHIN THEIR BRANCH.

So once again (FOURTH TIME) I go to ABSA with PROOF OF ADDRESS for Western Union for a withdrawal, and yet once again, NOT GOOD ENOUGH! The Rand Dollar exchange is the highest today - and once again they have issues with this transaction for funds. The branch seniors are not helpful in this instance, and "NO TELLER" being available between 12H00 and 13H00 is preposterous! it is such a pity there is not a ZERO RATING for this complaint. I would not give it a One star at all.
