ABSA IS NOT AFRICANACITY!
They deducted money from my account on the wrong date and the wrong amount. after calling every department for someone to reverse the payment, I get the run around. After trying for 4 days, I am told that I have to wait 48-72 hours for MY money to reflect in my account. they have no regard for their clients credit record...they mess up and you, the client, will bear the consequences. So I would advise any person NOT to bank with ABSA. I have been a loyal client, had 3 vehicles financed with them and pay ridiculous bank charges for them to treat me this way. ABSA IS PATHETIC. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
