Absa is not a helpful bank, missing money won't be returned to me!

Absa put a temporary hold on my money for no reason. They received a message from Capitec stating that the money transferred into my account might be *****, upon contacting Absa they asked me to send proof of payment which I did days ago. Capitec has done their bit but Absa is yet to even respond to my emails. I have had no contact front Absa just different people saying they will look into it. In the meantime it's costing me R2000 everyday for not paying what I need to with the money Absa is keeping. No one answers my emails I have sent numerous emails and called but no help.
