Absa is my only fina...

Absa is my only financial service provider, they serving me pretty well and two years ago I took a person loan with them which am still paying, and so far I have never skipped a payment, but what makes me angry is their monthly reminders that has ugly threats like “if you miss your payments”🤔, be reminded that your payment is due, failure to pay your personal loan 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ dude!! I have never skipped or not pay on time 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ what is with these nasty messages.
