Absa is just ****ing around with people's money

Absa is the worst bank to bank with. On Wednesday I made a immediate payment from my absa account to my capitec bank account. It's now Saturday and the R20 000 rand did not go into my capitec account and isn't in the absa account, absa tells me they dont know where the money is and said that they are busy investigating wheres the money, but it's been 4 days now and the money is still "missing" . How can they lose that much money, when is was supposed to be available immediately, the money shows no where!!
