ABSA is Incompetant

I have been registered at NPDA since June 2008, and they have been paying my Vehicle finance Every month since 2008 now after all Theas years of paying on date never skipping one payment at NPDA I have an outstanding balance of over R40,000.00 which I find imposable an incorrect. I made Contact with NPDA and they say this Vehicle has been concluded in January 2015 I also phoned your debit review department and mailed them on numerus occasions asking for all the statements they have since I purchased the vehicle. I have received statements from January 2011 to January 2015, but after asking for all the statements since I purchased this vehicle in November 2007 on email over and over again in the past 2 months I have yet not received any response, is it so difficult to adhere by my request. Now May I please have all the statements from the very first time I purchased this vehicle, May I also have an understanding on why there is still an outstanding amount owing to you? Ass according to the Court order it states I'm to pay R133155.64 at 7% interest. If this matter does not get sorted out ASAP I will go toe the ombudsman
