Absa is horrible to deal with

Absa is the worse bank in SA ,

ABSA is so bad it can not even get the basics right, debit order is never on time or sometimes it just doesn't go through.

Now they have gone 5 months without debiting then I get an SMS to say I am I arrears, no one has ever communicated that ti me. Now I am worried about my credit record because of their incompetence
