Absa is horrible

I am extremely unhappy with Absa!!! On the 29th of April there was an unauthorized transaction more than R5000 on my account ,phoned the call center and they told me to email reversals which I did and got a reference number ,up until now there has been no feedback and no resolution,this transaction had not been authorized by me !!!! Is this how you treat a loyal customer ? I know to some it Maybe not much but it's still finances that belong to me ! Pity seems like absa can only help when it's beneficial...I definitely will be moving on !!!
