ABSA is hopeless!!
ABSA is hopeless! Has ABSA closed all their banking activities and branches in South Africa? I spent longer than an hour on the phone this morning to try and speak to ANYBODY from ABSA. No success!! All I need to know is why I am not receiving notifications of payments made and received on my cell phone anymore - that is for the last 8 days. Is this question too difficult for ABSA to answer? Or is nobody in this entire country working for ABSA unable to answer a phone?
