Absa Is holding my salary away from me.

Its very disturbing that when you go to the branch regarding the money that you cant access on your account then be told that the is a hold on your account that you were never informed about as I have went to different branches in regard of this account and not I am left stranded because I cannot pay my rent and do any thing on my account, now I am really regretting my decision of doing a salary switching and now I got paid but cannot get any money. so disappointed for such service while all paperwork was submitted long ago and now I have to wait for God knows what to get my money. wow wow wow
