Absa is hell to deal with

Once again Absa has been a total nightmare to deal with. Experienced the same bad treatment in 2019 with my sister (which hasn’t been resolved by the way) now I’ve made countless visits to different branches without help for the same thing with my dad for more than 18 months! Death in itself is hell to deal with, now rounding up the estate is impossible to do because of people lacking compassion and competence!
