Absa is going backwards...A Division of useless!!

I was called by absa, in regards to my previous review... But note i went into the bank initially to get my cell phone number changed becoz it cannot be done over the phone... I spent hours in a que . And lo n behold the OTP's go to my old phone number...,,, absa is soo bad its not funny.... The manager is not in... the person replacing her will Be 20 mins... I cannot be assisted becoz my card is not with me... Called 3D secure assist i spoke to Thato... Who's supervisor is also not availed to do an override, is absa so useless Iam so sorry but u guys are frustrating to the core... I spoke to Livhuwani khwekhwe who said bring all your banking to absa, pay of and build with us... I paid of but to bring my banking to absa i will never,, she is a good sales person but absa makes her words sound like bull **** .. Im now thinking about closing this last reminding card with absa... Its pathic simply the level of service is disgusting.... I will never ever advise any to even walk close to absa leave alone open and account there!!!! Have spoilt my entire day
