Absa is Giving Me A RUN Around for My Money And Over charges me R1400

Absa is giving me a run around with my refund of R6950 that got into my an account that i am no longer using with them i have been incontact with them since monday morning and the consultants are giving me different advice i was told i would get the money within 24 hr nothing has been done and their consultants are rude and impatient i want my money i am using money to call them and nothing is being done they have the worst service ever my number is *** please assist me and i was advised that they have also deduted R1400 for bankcharges imagine that this is **************** it so sad that they are taking money like this from the poor
