ABSA IS FULL OF **** I WANNA MY MONEY

My account was hacked couple of months ago, reported the matter at absa north towers (Johannesburg). I was told to then make a follow after 5 working days at any branch. Of which i did, at ghandi square and they said they cant help me i should go back where i opened the case. I went to north towers, i was told to contact their ***** department and i did and i was told there is a lady who is busy working on my case they will advise once they done with the investigation. It now more than two months late i haven't heard nothing from them. I went to the again i was told to contact the ***** department again, i did. ***** department advised me to go to the branch where i opened the case there is nothing they can help me with. So basically ABSA has ****** me just like that. And i'm gonna get this run about MY MONEY til i'm exhausted and forget, perhaps that their plan. Hellopeter help me. I want my money back. And if one asks me about absa, i would tell them their are bull****. I'm taking my money elsewhere after this.
