Absa is *****!!!!!!

After being with Absa for 15 years , i went to apply for a personal loan today. My loan was pre-approved but once the funds were to be transfered they came with a million stories as too why i cant get the loan. They made me feel like a ******** , and i had to explain all the transfers i made! I am so dissapointed with Absa Menlyn. I am clossing my account today. They just lost a client of 15 years!!!!!!!!!
