ABSA IS *****

Same s....t different days, so last month ABSA put me in arrears for their mistake after getting an Email confirmation from Basani my debit order is still not loaded then I am in arrears again. I am starting to believe ABSA is running a **** with our Credit Cards. So whether I pay or not my credit score will always be *****ed over by ABSA. So it is useless to pay them because they are messing my name up. So today I was told that the debit order was cancelled without my knowledge because they decided to debit on the 25th hence I specifically told them to debit on the 1st. So today they telling me to start the whole process again. This is so pathetic I cannot believe this. Mind you this a second complain about the same thing.
