ABSA is drying pathetic
So I’ve transfer my vehicle finance on the 11 of November . Absa was settled in full. Then on the 19 December they sent a message that I’m in arrears . Called them emailed them proof of payment . They sent an email that my account is settled and closed . Look at the sms I’ve just received. Dear MISS NICKLAUS, this is a reminder that your vehicle finance monthly payment is due on 30/12/2021. If you pay by debit order, please ensure that the necessary funds are in your account, or if you pay by cash, please pay on or before the due date. If you have already paid, no further action is required. From Absa Vehicle Finance.
What am I to do with ABSA ? This is beyond pathetic.
