absa is double charging me for checkers transactions

I have been monitoring my transactions on the credit card i have noticed that with checkers transactions i get 1 uncleared transaction but balance get deducted then later on it get charged but the uncleared amount never gets refunded back as far as i know checkers puts a hold on the account but the money never leaves the account then it gets refunded when the actual charge is made but in my case i am double charged, i have uncleared amounts from September and they were charged at a later stage but the uncleared were never refunded
