ABSA is doing frudualant banking on my account R15000 gone!!!!

ABSA deducts R15 000 off my account and is trying to convince me that i signed for a yearly anual stop order. I asked for the signed order as proof and its more than 10 days later and they still cant give it to me (obviously because i didnt sign for it) but they also cant refund me my own money back. How pathetic. I have bills to pay and ABSA is *****ling my money!!!!!!! Refund me so that i can move my stuff!!!!!
