ABSA is doing ********** banking on my account R15 000

This morning (27th of Sep 2020) a R15 000 debit order just goes off my account. I tried to reverse it and saw its a stop order? I called the ***** hot line immediatly because i know i didnt sign for any stop order to go off just to be told they cant help me. They said i must come into the branch to sort it out. I asked Thapelo to please tell me which branch is open on a Sunday morning because this needs to be delt with immediatly and he told me i will have to take off work the following day to sort out something i never signed for to go off my account!!!! ABSA is doing ********** banking on my account and they cant assist me in time off need. The manager wasnt available to talk to and im still waiting for a call from him 10 hours later. What type of security does ABSA have? They can take money but cant help a client in desperate need? I will have to take tume off work to go and sort ***** on my account that ABSA is just simply allowing to happen? R15 000 is not a small amount but uet its so easy for ABSA to slip trough? Guess who is loosing a 14year long client tomorrow?
