ABSA is doing a geat job for their Competitors

ABSA's credit card division is zero percent useful, they are a bunch of Useless. That's why most people chose Nedbank, FNB, Capitec and even African Bank. i Their Sales dept called me for a credit card and was asked to send my ID/Payslip/Proof os res which I did and they kept on sayng it was not clear/legible which is BS because it was a Printed copy in Adobe format which i sent 4 times, and when i called on the 4th time, only then did they decide to process it (supposedly as they said) which was not the case.. They sent me an SMS which i still have on my phone to inform me that the amount has been decreased to R100500 which is fine, and i called to confirm that it's ok and to finalize the deal so they can Courier my Card, but when i called today at 11:31 to find out why the Courier had not call me and what was the Status, they said (all my calls are recorded on my phone btw) that they have not sent it through for processing, which in other words mean that they are Lazy, correct : Simple English , they are a bunch of Lazy people working there getting paid big and spending more time on their phones on social media and WhatsApp rather than taking Business serious and that's why the competition like Nedbank,FNB, Standard Bank, Capitec, African Bank are way way way for efficient because the Boss makes sure that ppl work and take care of clients and the Business which is not the same at ABSA. What's the difference between ABSA and the other Banks ? the Answer is ABSA employs Lazy ppl, who are champions of WhatsApp and social media. Now is that good for Business ? Looks like they are doing a super job for their competitors, if you know wha'mean ?
