ABSA is dishonest and sly

ABSA have recently changed their lounge access criteria (need to spend more to access lounges). Previously the lounge receptionists were able to tell us whether additional costs would be incurred (for being under the spend limit as an exanple). They now do not have that visibilty. I feel that ABSA are purposefully doing this so they can charge additional amounts as they deem fit. It is dishonest and sly and I for one am looking at other banking alternatives due to this!! Been with them for decades, but I need a banking partner who will help me manage my transactions, not penalize me everytime it suits. So angry!!!
