Absa is disgraceful

Absa is a useless and pathetic bank that is unhelful to pensioners my dad was retrenched a few years ago and placed on dissability after a neck operation and receives a sassa payment of R1600 after numerous attempts to get help by absa and submitting all documents to clear his credit card he received no help and was handed over by them is this really how you help the elderly it is ****ing pathetic and a disgrace
