ABSA is discriminating and holding back my funds

I recently opened an account in Fochville ABSA . I was expecting funds from UIF, as I was retrenched. I received my funds from UIF into my ABSA account and everything was ok. A week or so later I went to ABSA Vereeniging Branch to do a transaction and was told I need to bring in the proof of funds before I can transact. I was questioned like a ******** and rudely No further explanation was given only to find out later my account was placed on hold by Vereeniging branch. I have since gone into another branch and submitted the required proof of funds and required documentation and was told they will get back to me. It has now been 3 days and nobody has called me or resolved my query. So I am being prejudiced against by Absa for receiving money due to me legally. Does ABSA understand that I am currently unemployed and need the funds to start a business to earn a income or find a job. So I wonder how many other people have experienced this treatment and have not commented.
