Absa is deteriorating
ABSA is deteriorating.
1) damage to house in hail storm : claim rejected
2) private banker resigned : no attempt from absa to provide a new private banker
1) hail damage : in a hail storm on 28 nov 2021 in Klerksdorp our house had damage directly related to the hail.
Ther are multiple building in Klerksdorp that had the same problem, due to the intensity of the hail storm, the gutters filled up and formed a dam on the roof, with leaking into the house. My ceiling is now delipidated and at risk to fall at any moment.
ABSA insurance rejected this claim.
I disagree as the damage is directly related to storm damage
2)
ABSA's private banking system: My banker resigned and there is no attempt from ABSA to provide me with a suitable banker. How can you call this "private banking " ?
