Absa is Destroying our company's reputation

Our company was listed by Absa for an unpaid debt, we then settled the amount owed to Absa in full last year in August. We found out that even when the debt has been paid, we have not been cleared off with the credit bureau. We consulted with trans union and we were told to go back to Absa and ask them to clear our name because there's judgement on our company's name. Going back to Absa, they only gave us a clearance letter and told us to take it to the high court with the case number for clearance, when we got to the high court, we were told the case number we were given does not exit and cannot be traced. Going back to Absa, we were told that absa does not have our records in their system. We cannot open accounts anywhere, we cannot get credit with suppliers or any bank because Absa had listed us and no one is there to help us out of this even with the debt paid off. We cannot trade as a business anymore because we cannot acquire funds anywhere. We need Absa to sort this out please.
