ABSA is continuously disappointing!!!

After escalating my issue with ABSA Vehicle Finance on of the so called social Consultant called me and before I was waiting for the way forward. I received feedback saying issue resolved...how was the issue resolve if it was not done through me as a complainant ....disappointed!!!!!!
