ABSA is becoming out of touch with its customers!!!

I've had a student credit card for years. ABSA informed me that due to age restrictions, this card must be discontinued and a new credit card will be issued. Instead, I was given a Fuel card, leaving me with two fuel cards. Whenever I need the correct card, I have to call them, and the issue remains unresolved.

I feel that this bank has profited greatly from me, and it's now time to part ways. Your service is affecting my financial decisions, and no one seems to care.

I'm not asking for your money—just give me a card I can manage myself or offer a virtual credit card through your banking apps. We are living in a digital world, so stop being dramatic. In a few days, I'll take my business elsewhere to someone who values customer satisfaction.
