ABSA is BAD - No statements for my account

I contacted ABSA on Wednesday to inquire why I ain't receiving statements for a certain account. After about and hour of back and forth to various departments, ABSA's consultants could not assist me.

I was told to email **********

I did so on Wednesday, followed up yestderday and today.

I have not received any feedback or assistance from ABSA .

ABSA is getting worse by the day.
